I think there's a mindset of *tomorrow* that helps us cope with now. You nailed that one. Jesus never did anything that His Father wasn't already doing. "My Father is working right now, and so an I". In fact, I often wonder that God is at work. The invitation is to join in. To get involved. To be with what He's doing right now. Like reading a blog of a dude you met eight years ago just because something said on a social media platform connected with you. And you end up affirming him in that moment because you connect with where he's at. There's no trick to the life we're to live. No secret sauce. Just a walking every day open hearted. Open handed. Open. Some might even describe it as being fully alive. If you were a Buddhist, you'd say all we have is now. And Jesus said pretty much the same thing. But with a lot more grace.
